Delivery of the translation by fax or e-mail will generally not be charged for. However, we reserve the right to charge for additional costs (such as postage and courier costs, telephone costs, CD's, diskettes), if necessary.

Method of payment:

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter and also an invoice, which will be sent together with the completed translation. Depending on the method of payment required, you will receive full details in the order confirmation.

Dates for payment

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
